I would love to see an Intruder in the DCS Arena.

But the Phantom would also be cool to see then Multiplayer Mig-21 Pilots would get it's foe :)

Jaguar or Tornado would love both but Jag is one of my favourites :) Both would fulfil a large role in DCS plus the Tornado would look lovely next to the upcoming Typhoon

Also I agree with some of the other posts DCS really does need some larger aircraft and/or bombers! Its not just fighters and light bombers, large aircraft have large roles too :)

I'll probably have to make most of these myself, but I don't have access to terrain tools.

The F-105D/G Thunderchief

Su-17M-4 Fitter K

Tu-22K Blinder

Tu-22M3 Backfire

F-111A/C/D/E/F Aardvark

F-4E/G Phantom II's

I'd love to have a B-1B as well but the map sizes in DCS preclude realistic missions for them... the maps are also a bit small for the Tupelov medium bombers I listed as well. The F-105's, F-4's and Su-17 will be right at home with maps of the size of the Black Sea/Caucasus.

Adding F-111C

Truly superior pilots are those that use their superior judgment to avoid those situations where they might have to use their superior skills.
