Unfortunately, given the age of the other modules that are all in a finished state, I don't know that there's much ED can do that wouldn't require them to (unfairly in my opinion) take a big financial loss for things that are beyond their control. The F-15E at least is something that was still launched and in development, whereas their other modules are at least much more polished and pretty much finished, with the potential for Razbam to have included new features (stuff like the IR detection for the HUD or the APKWS rockets) but otherwise are good to go and would just require updates to stay functional in the changing game world. 

It sucks for the end user, but I don't really know how ED can "fix" that issue, since this obviously isn't something that they want to have happen. I'll keep enjoying the Harrier and hoping that things can be patched up. If the day comes where there's a game breaking bug that means I can't fly it anymore, and ED isn't able to fix it (since they don't have the source code needed, which seems to be the sticking point of the whole thing) then I'll have to begrudgingly shelve the Harrier and hope that someday ED or some other third party can come along and potentially make us a new Super Harrier or just re-make the Harrier we have now.

I see ED have stated the existing modules will continue to work. Is this achievable as new iterations of DCS are released or will we end up in a Hawk scenario where they'll work but only if you have an old version of DCS installed?

Is ED giving any thought to extending store credit to other RAZBAM modules?

The Store credit for the F-15E was based on it being in Early Access and not complete, with the other modules this is not the case. As long as they continue to work, there should be no real reason to offer any sort of refund.

I appreciate that. But I'll wait until it's - hopefully - officially back on track. The Chinook is keeping me busy.

Cheers, what of the continued functioning as new versions of DCS core are released? I appreciate you guys have stated you'll continue to support the products but are you actually able to do that long term or are we likely to end up with modules that will only function in legacy versions of DCS into the future?

We have been able to maintain fairly well now, we will continue to do so. Well into the future? I mean it's hard to see how far this could last, the goal for all parties involved should be to get everyone back to work. That continues to be our goal, until then we will continue to make sure the modules stay as they are for those that own them.

Small bugs brought upon patch releases caused by an updated engine isnt a game breaking issue that ED cant fix themselves. Those problems in and of themselves arent relevant to whether or not the module is completed. The Huey has issues; its been finished for a decade now and its on life support at the moment because its quality of life is passed. Should we bring Belsimtek back out and get them to redo the Huey because its not finished?

RAZBAM modules are no longer on sale at ED store. The relationship is over. AV-8B, M2KC, F-15E are now stranded and orphaned along with those who bought modules.

RAZBAM modules are among fastest, FPS wise, in my  stable. The worst performing. ED modules. Only exception is South Atlantic. RAZBAM is aggrieved party and I'll stand by them. Thank you very much.

ED should offer to buy the RAZBAM IP'S and be done with it. We get to keep the modules, ED can update them as needed, and Ron can subscribe to a few more OF accounts.

Uh bro this is not ED's fault. It is sad because I got paid just now I was goint to buy the AV-8B, F-15E and M2000C (Since we have Iraq) all at once. I will never buy a RAZBAM product because of this. He is the one who hurt himself and his reputation.

There are two scenarios:

1. the ED is in financial crisis and cannot afford to pay third parties! - But then it should happen to ALL third parties not just Razbam

2. ED is ugly and mean and wants to hurt Razbam - I would say not very credible....

A there is a third possibility Razbam is not telling the whole truth!!!

Let's remember that a Razbam programmer put a time trap in the code, and that seems to me to be an important indicator of the situation that was going on INSIDE Razbam!!!!
