  1. Very nice, the flyby is still far from realistic though ( not your mod fault, which I like a lot, but the DCS sound system which is still a work in progress i guess )
  2. See here: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=202106
  3. +1
  4. But you need displays to see what the buttons do and they don't support paging.
  5. Nope, I'll explain better: In this image you don't have "some thousand trees casting shadows to some other thousand trees", but the GPU taxi ( 30 fps ) happens anyway (Default shadows): As a reference, here's the same place in the same mission with flat shadows (60 fps) :
  6. As title says, the reticle display disappears when returning from isometric view. Tested with some sams ( SA8, SA19, Vulcan ) and tanks.
  7. Yep, there's indeed an issue with trees + ground shadows at "default".
  8. Yes please some love for the Warthog
  9. Thank you for putting your time into this. Very useful!
  10. Like the title says, it would be very, extremely useful a separate volume slider for the "helmet" sim volume. Since it's available in the sim, in cockpit I only use "hear like in helmet" feature, is very very cool and realistic. But very often for learning reasons ( or just for fun ) I have to switch from F1 visual to externals, and the volume difference just hurts my ears. Also when ejecting, the out of cockpit volume is so loud that I have to remove my headphones very fast to avoid hearing damages. Please, please please implement this feature. Thanks!
  11. While trees affect performance so heavily, forcing them to 100% would be a severe issue for those without 1080ti's. What about link unit visibility to tree position? If I don't see a tree because of the draw limits, I shouldn't be able to view units behind them too. A sort of "transparent mask" based on trees position.
  12. If I may, it's a little weird that the rough sea is reflecting the coast objects as a lake. It's surely a WIP area :)
  13. Multiplayer: our squadron's campaigns, with real ATC, AWACS, JTACs, Ground controllers, Blue Fighters, Red Fighters, and so on. DCS at its best is in an organized multiplayer environment imho.
  14. +1 this would be a very useful option, and the mouse cursor floating around cockpit buttons ( trying to click them ) in all the DCS videos out there show that every player has to deal with it :)
  15. That would be a very welcome bonus content (without giving away the secret sauce of course )
  16. Preorder of course! In this way you get the best price for the module for the next 2 years ( I can't see why ED would make discounts over a fresh - and so resource hungry - module sooner than that ) and support ED doing their amazing stuff. Get it now! ;)
  17. With 2.2, DCS sound department received some love from devs. I suspect it's not even its final form :D
  18. Something in this direction ( no sims compare intended, of course! ) would be nice in the future EFoOMaA5OgE
  19. Unknown by now, I (we) hope so :) You can find an official statement from Wags somewhere in the forums, it was a reply to a thread like this if I'm not mistaken.
  20. It would help you waiting ED for fixing this issue, they are actively investigating and looking for a solution.
