There is still hope for future campaigns but I doubt any creator waits for the end of EA. You have a point though that sometimes it's too early for the campaign if the module is still young and is missing some important functionality. Not in the Tomcat case now although someone might wait ie. for the early F-14A. HB still owes us this one and a campaign
