can not reproduce Hornet cockpit display alignment
Hulkbust44 replied to StElmosFire's topic in Bugs and Problems
Can you press num 5 to reset the view? Mobius708 -
Ah, I should've actually looked at it lol. Just downloaded it now. In that case, two things I would also mention are the NWS FLIR SP via NWS twice again, and the weapons select switch towards the selected weapon will step the station. Real useful for the 9X. These are really awesome. You should link it in the Hornet resources channel of the TDCS discord. Mobius708

DCS: F/A-18C Features Roadmap for Early Access
Hulkbust44 replied to Kate Perederko's topic in DCS: F/A-18C
TA: yes MSI: yes Just a few days ago ED moved the thread of missing MSI functions from "wishlist" to "reported" bugs. Looks like an MSI rework might be coming soon, it really is needed. Mobius708 -
This looks fantastic. Great job! One thing I would add is TDC depress long for SPOT as this is an important RWS function. Are you planning on doing ACM modes or the AZ/EL format as well? I'm asking about those specifically as they are still part of the radar. Mobius708

correct as is Radar cursor clickspots too small
Hulkbust44 replied to some1's topic in Bugs and Problems
Yep, hopefully this gets tweaked with the TDC slew rate as well. Mobius708 -
I might be nitpicking here but there is no "ready" indication for any BIT test. When no failures have been detected for a certain system it will display "GO" at the beginning NOT RDY will be displayed. I just did a cold start (my abridged version) then messed around with some of the BIT pages to see what works and what's WIP. In my track I did not receive an "GO"s until the FCS bit was completed. Any chance you could try to replicate and share your track? startup_BIT.trk

With realistic TDC disabled selecting an EXP sub-level will not allow the EXP scan zone to be slewed unless TDC depress is held. This logic would make sense if there was a TDC cursor as well with this sub-level however there is not one in DCS. Either a yellow TDC cursor is missing in the undesignated EXP sub-level, or the slew function with realistic TDC slew disabled is bugged. I demonstrate this in the track. Hope someone can look into this. AGR_EXP_TDC.trk

Well yes there is. As of 2.7.1 "TDC cursor added for EXP mode." So you still have the issue of the two cursors that would be competing. Disregard. I just test for my self. I now understand what you are saying, however I think it's reasonable that there is a TDC cursor missing in the selected EXP mode for search. I highly highly doubt that there's no TDC cursor there as you can't to anything with the format now until you designate or undesignate something. You would expect the same logic to carry through. It could be that the logic really is correct as ED has tagged, but is still missing a TDC cursor for that sublevel. I will start my own thread specifically with this inquiry and see what response I get. Mobius708

As said below, is SEQ1 boxed? Are there any waypoints in your sequence? HSI-DATA-WYPT will display the waypoints by number that are in the current sequence. If you have have none, you needed to then go to SEQUFC in on the WYPT sublevel. UFC will display options. Hit INS for insert and type the waypoint number, enter. Repeat for all that you want in the sequence. (DEL= delete TGT= target for TOT TOT=time on target programing.) Mobius708

After initializing the BIT as part of startup? Mobius708

I'm just say that since there's not a "gamey" function that there's nothing to restrict. Mobius708

No, and why would that be a thing? It's not like the IL-2 autolevel cheat is a thing in DCS. Mobius708

Just note that current open beta is 2.7.1 and 2.5 was a while back... Mobius708

Thanks, I misread your post and forgot what pod TINS was...

correct as is Litening pod on station 4 not supported in 2005?
Hulkbust44 replied to deadpool's topic in Bugs and Problems
Wait, this is contradictory to what you were previously saying. Now you are saying that we should have x because it was added later and the 2005/2007 Hornet is the "minimum"? Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
