i guess if everything goes well : normal update/next patch

if not : beta

It's for their own good, more bugs squashed in open beta, happier customers.

Sorry to not hear anything about performance :( 1.2.7 update fps cut to half which is unplayable.Until EDGE no DCS for me. Lost 100 dollars.Waiting hopelessly

FPS cut by half doesn't sound right at all, I'm sure this isn't the patch at fault.

True. However, during the last open beta when I was looking at Wags' posts during that time it seemed to me at least half of them were along the lines of "Not a new bug" or "Please follow directions". Only ED can tell whether it was worth going through all of that noise to pick out the correctly reported problems. Maybe my impression is incorrect and it wasn't as bad or time consuming as I perceived it to be.

What then? Same config same machine nothing changed.Do not feel offended please but I'm sick and tired from these it's not game's fault..." replies.. I didn't change anything i use it only for DCS and one fps game that's all.. Sorry but i'm sure it's not patch at fault sounds over-trusted to me.. Like i said no offense.

I just ordered FC3 from ED store and have DCSW/A10c/P51 installed from steam.Oh boy I think I screwed up again since I had to repurchase A10c to get it installed in Steam.I did buy the P51 module from ED store though and its now installed within Steam so there is a slight chance this can be fixed?

Just wait for ED to send steam a serial dump. Not sure how often they send them over.

well it help squash some big bugs, like the increased FPS, when a mouse button was held down.

Great patch.....¡¡¡¡¡

Lots of interesting things to come.

Anxious to take off with the Eagle, at the moment i just fly the A-10C because the flight model, once i tried AFM with the warthog i just didn´t want to fly the SFM again.

And i did the beta, so it´s been a long time waiting to fly another aircraft, and is great that the Eagle will be the next....

1. Internal cargo trigger - does that mean a trigger will delineate whether cargo is present? How does it work

2. Controllable AI aircraft and sea units on Client - yea Baby now the MP ground commander has air to control. Will the sea units work the same?

3. Interested to see how the HE in rockets and 155mm rounds impacts game.

I was in Art of the Kill D#@ it!!!!

I think it's because we have no public bugtracker. That would help a lot.

• Corrected HE warheads for unguided rockets.

Hmmmm....reckon this is a better HE blast/frag model for HE rockets, or just some kind of balancing with the current model? I'm assuming the latter, I guess a new blast/frag model is more engine related and less individual weapon related? Won't get my hopes up.

I'm also interested in the answer. Rockets are kinda impotent right now unless you score a direct hit, and my hands are always shaking from excitement when I pop out behind a hill to strafe something. :D

Since the majority of DCS stuff is pounding ground units, it makes sense to fix this ASAP. The same issue affects bombs, correct?

Is the F-15 going to be released as a stand alone module now, like Su-25 and A-10?

I believe that's the plan. The FC planes get to be stand alone when they get updated with cockpits and AFM and what not.

The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.

For MP-stability the open beta was a success compared to most of the patches before (except 1.2.4).

So I hope it will be open beta again, otherwise stability could be sacrificed...
