fixed Black Boxes appearing in the sky.

When I'm flying around with clouds, sometimes strange black boxes will appear in the sky. I can't get a screenshot of it because they only appear for like a quarter second, but damn it's distracting.

 

My specs: Ryzen 1700 @ 3.6ghz, Radeon RX 580 8gb, 32gbs RAM, Installed on SSD.

 

I've found that lowering my GPU clock speed seems to reduce the frequency of them appearing, but does not outright eliminate them.

All they need is a track file not a screenshot.

Noticed the same, cant get a screenshot cause it happens rly fast.

I highly doubt a track file is going to show the same graphical artifacts. It's graphical artifacting after all.

I have been seeing them since the first evening with 2.7 as well. Sometimes I even see black spheres rapidly spinning around my aircraft, in a spherical pattern.

Yeah trackfile doesn't show it as it's a graphical glitch and tracks are just re-runs. If I see it again I will try and film it, but if it's being seen by a few people I bet ED will be aware already.

Also seeing those random black boxes and shapes, as far as i have noticed they only appear where there are clouds.

Seen it for the first time (just once) after today's update to 2.7.1.64300 in 2D.

Very briefly across the screen on the bottom of a cloud layer.

Instant action mission F5-E Free Flight Caucasus.

Seen this also.  Oval shape big black dots that are extremely brief, and since 2.7.1 even more frequent.  Seen it in F-16C and AV-8B so far.  I use the Steam version in 2D with Track-ir.

 

My rig is i9-9900k, 2080ti, 32 GB, EVO 970+, TM Pendular pedals, Warthog combo, 60" Sony 4k TV @60hz, Track-IR

This happened to me for the first time yesterday.  VR.  Flying Hornet.  Mission 9 of Rising Squall.  Current OB version.

 

Black cubes appearing in sky.  Only in left eye lens.

 

Oculus Rift S.  Not using steam.

Playing in 2D with Opentrack, and I get one big black square occasionally - as in, the entire screen goes black.  Looking around fixes it.

This bug is still happening, but seems like it's even worse now. I had an instance where the boxes where continuously flashing in the sky just a moment ago, and was able to get a bunch of screenshots. They were appearing in a ring in the sky above me.
