Hogeo Posted June 25 Posted June 25 (edited) This may have already been requested, but the US East Coast map, which includes NS Fork, the home port of the US Atlantic Fleet's aircraft carriers, NAS Oceana, the home base of the aircraft on board those aircraft carriers, and VARCAPES OPAREA, where CQ and other training is conducted before deployment, is an essential map for DCS: Supercarrier. And to the north of them are NY and the Pentagon, which is perfect for recreating Operation NORBLE EAGLE after the 9/11 attacks. In addition, there are air force bases such as Dover AFB (unfortunately, only large transport aircraft such as Galaxy and C-17 are deployed there), and Langley AFB (F-15s were deployed there until 2006). Personally, I would be happy to see a map recreated just before 9/11 attacks with the WTC Twin Towers still intact. I would recreate the post-9/11 map by destroying the Twin Towers with the trigger.action.explosion() function at the start of the mission, and then recreate the aftermath of their collapse. Sorry, I forgot about the US Marine Corps. On the southern side of the US East Coast map, in North Carolina, is Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, the home base for aircraft aboard the Marine Corps amphibious assault ships based out of NS Norfolk, and to the southeast lies Cherry Point OPAREA, which they use for training. I'd love to see DCS or DCS: supercarrier get skins of other amphibious assault ships from LHA-1. Edited June 25 by Hogeo Added more detailed requests.
Hogeo Posted June 26 Author Posted June 26 (edited) I should have asked for a larger US East Coast map coverage. Because Florida is home to NAS Mayport and Jacksonville OPAREA. It was also the home port of the USS JFK. Also, I'd love to see mods for USS JFK and USS Kitty Hawk, or skins for them for USS Forrestal. Edited June 26 by Hogeo
