I think who ever is making this F/A-18C, it will have this wing flexing :)

Wags talks about future addons for DCS World among which is F/A-18C, HungaroJET makes video of F/A-18C with wing flexing... conclusion: 1+1=2 :D

No longer active in DCS...

Reading tealeaves is not your thing, Kuky. :)

Why ED don't come out and grind this into our noggins is beyond me.

Because it is "just" an animation argument. There's nothing to really show at this point.

Good, fast, cheap. Choose any two.

Come let's eat grandpa!

An animation argument - It just means the model is capable of having the wings flex (which is model 'animation').

That may be because then intend to animate it soon, or they may be future-proofing because they think they'll be using the same model for the next 10 years & will want to animate it in 9.

Who knows ? (E.D. I guess :))

Hopefully we'll see it out the cocpit window sooner rather than later.

Cheers.

I never ever promise anything to my customers.

I can estimate things, but I never promise things.

And when I estimate things, I always add 20-30% on the price or delivery.

This way I will always come out better then my customer expected. And therefore the customer is even happier.

Tl;dr

Never ever promise a thing to a customer and surprise in a positive way.

doesnt the EFM allow "Define Value=Animation Arg #" (or something similar to that?)

So you could define AoA or G value = play animation arg #,

I'm still a bit disappointed they haven't gotten around to at least putting in the Superhornet, even as an AI aircraft.

All respect to the legacy Hornet, but what I wouldn't give for a DCS: Superhornet. I mean, you can have TWELVE slammers to the Eagle and the Hornet's 8. Let me repeat that: "TWELVE SLAMMERS." Get a flight of four and you're set to take on an entire squadron of Flankers.

That looks like a C. But to be honest that payload has got so much drag you will have to tank up every 10 minutes.

The right man in the wrong place makes all the difference in the world.

That payload is just fine, drag won't be a problem. Look at this
