  2. Well im using a reverb G2 and followed your instructions to the letter and cant get it working, my 2D is fine, it changes all settings. However in VR it doesnt change anything, i can see all the settings but they dont trigger any changes. I have spent 3 hours on this now and i cant see what else i can do.
  3. I was under the impression that that switch just determined whether or not the rocket would go "boom" once they hit their target - sort of like a safety switch for the rocket itself.

  5. I've had my tail wing fall off, had my left pylon totaly ripped off, single engine failure...thats it for individual damages i had apart from total destruction..

  7. I have this problem the AB9 software recognizes what Aircraft I am flying and changes profile but Telemetry is always disconnected and I get feedback in the F14 but none in the Apache. It recognizes the game is running and the LUA appears to be set correctly its the same as my other Rig which works perfectly.

  14. Thank! I have only used them on the 16. I was primarily wondering why it changed and if it was intended. Or if there is a new setting I am missing. If it was meant to be that way I can live with that. DCS videos I see out there show a much clearer picture. Mine use to look this way but suddenly changed in the last month.
  15. The general flight model for AI has been in development for years now. It is known that the existing flight model for AI is not the same physics-based model that players fly by, but a simpler model that results in the UFO behavior. That behavior is magnified within visual range and with slower aircraft. This is the single biggest issue that keeps me away from DCS warbiards and early jets. I'm very much looking forward to the new flight model eventually being implemented. I'm on the forum today looking for any updates beyond what was released about a year ago.
  16. So the idea is to not just assume something is broken because someone said so - work the problem and try to figure it out for yourself! The major issue was the combat radius. Tweaking the speed, route and having the bomber start searching before the attack waypoint like your test mission, I got it to launch at max range. It would be cool feature to provide a dynamic fuel amt at every waypoint.

  20. Anything >=95% you can assume it is GPU bound. Even though the average utilization is less than 100%, some frames are taking longer than the 1000/<headset Hz> ms to render so you will be seeing stutters on those frames, so you're at the limit. You're missing the point that MoleUK is trying to make: in VR, it will NEVER show GPU limited even if you are GPU limited. Unless you enable Vsync. Weird, but try it out. Crank up the pixel density so you know you will definitely be GPU bound, and see what the fps counter says with/without Vsync. That's because Windows puts all programs on Core 0 by default, which on the 9950x3D is the one with the cache, so in Process Lasso set default affinity for all apps to the non x3D cores, and only DCS to x3D Even on other CPUs preventing DCS from using Core 0 often results in a smoother experience
  21. Anyone have any more recent news to share on this? This is (I think) the only issue that is keeping me from really diving into the warbiards and the Sabre and such, since the AI doesn't obey the same laws of physics with the current flight model. Thanks in advance!
