By spring loaded switches, do you mean the magnetic switches that return to center/off in the real plane? Just want to clarify to ensure I’m following along. When I am at 52.5 Forced IPD the pilots body is exactly the same size as I am, stick is in same position, and so on. The error is yours on this one, not ED's...you're not using the settings available to you.

What does that have to do with DDU? That's an issue of Windows changing your password and you making a wrong decision to boot in to safe mode.

I searched for many months and made similar posts asking the same question everywhere I could think of. One company said they would be doing it back in 2016 and that never went anywhere. I recommend to get the most comfortable seat you can afford and outfit it accordingly yourself.

I HATE the inside design of the cockpit, and having sat in one numerous times I think they are super awkward and uncomfortable to sit in but... Man, sitting inside of that bubble canopy in VR is going to be insane. Especially considering by the time it's out we will be to Gen 2 or 3 of VR. Can't wait.

I think the excessive jumpiness you saw quite often with the first media EA videos was because the YouTubers were clueless re: how to do a proper carrier cat launch and they were yanking the stick back while on the cat. I don’t believe there was ever a flight model issue on ED’s end for this, just user error until the knowledge was spread. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

How do I set up on cat? Read the NATOPS manual. It’s a “feature” of the real life jet you’re flying in the sim... With weight on wheels and launch bar or tail hook down, the detent is raised for AB and you have to use the finger lifts to get over it, or use 32 lbs of force to push through. You would obviously have neither of the above on a field takeoff, so the function isn’t engaged by the jet. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

No curves for me. It’s difficult at first but IMO you must learn to control your inputs to keep them to be very minimal, when needed. Helps to learn this skill for formation flying as well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

You’re correct that VPC is a startup, VKB however is not. At all. They’ve been around many, many years at this point. UIV was quick to point this out to me previously...not realizing it only made their chronic delays even more mind boggling. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
