  1. Sad to see you going BuzzU! But have fun going round in circles!
  2. Sounds weird. Double check you don’t have any double axis bindings on the pitch control?
  3. Nobody outside of RB knows, But probably some time this year.
  4. Not been looking that hard then I take it? From the update thread, a few months back.
  5. I’ve noticed this issue as well.
  6. The A-10C has a preset deadzone for the cursor control if you click on the binding and then check the “axis tune” settings in the DCS controls. Try and replicate those settings on the same control bindings in the F-16 and see how you get on.
  7. After watching your video, do you have a deadzone set for your cursor axis? You need a resonable deadzone so the cursor doesn’t see any jitter in you axis and constantly think it moving.
  8. If you're in VR I really can't recommend the PointCTRL Finger trackers enough. The link should be in my sig.
  9. I’m going to deploy the classic fighter pilot answer : It Depends.
  10. Yeah but those buttons are just something you switch on when fencing in or starting and not something that you need to be cycled while flying. That’s what CMS is for, to give jam consent etc. Unless you really don’t want to use the mouse even during startup.
  11. @Mr. Wilson Why specifically are you interested in the speed aspect? Perhaps if you ask specific questions you can more specific answers. Generally speaking though it will perform worse than the C model.
  12. Couple of MK-84 class bombs, either JDAM or dumb have a pretty good splash damage area and can take out a few aircraft quite well if rippled properly. 4 is even better
  13. It changed quite a long time ago at least 4 months I think. And it is correct for the real aircraft. In order to get higher quality than 10 IRL it requires an enhanced alignment process, which includes moving the aircraft to another position and then doing more alignment. This however is not modelled in the sim currently. Alignment quality 10 is perfectly sufficient for all INS/GPS weapons or navigation.
  14. 10 is now maximum alignment quality for a cold start jet in the sim now. Once it reaches 10 you’re good to go.
  15. It will be a fair chunk slower than a C model. The CFTs are quite draggy with all the pylons and whatnot and it does effect the performance when supersonic. To quote from a relevant document. Remember the above is 4 sparrow and 4 sidewinder, with no tanks. So yeah it will be a bit slower.
  16. The SEC light is on your main warning light panel just in front of the stick, near your right knee. And regarding your ITT, I haven’t checked but if you’re adding fuel early (which it sounds like you may be) you could be getting a hot start.
  17. Are you sure they were the same flight? or just individual aircraft placed in the ME?
  18. Yes Really, And the reason is because they don't have good publicly available information source on how the process is done on the other aircraft, where as with the F-16 the process is pretty well known and public.
  19. @NahenWhat I don't understand is why you think they could finish it completely now before release, but if they release it EA then it would take 5 years to finish? This makes no sense. RB as a company will have a lot more money that can pay their staff with to work on the module after its released to EA, and will be able to finish it faster because of it. To think the opposite shows a pretty fundamental misunderstanding of why companies with niche, high investment products like DCS modules use the Early Access model in the first place imho. Thankfully nobody is forcing you to purchase it in early access so you're free to wait until its 100% working before you drop any money on it :).
  20. It will still take the same amount of time to be “finished” in either case. Except with early access they actually have money to be able to pay their staff… which tends to help.
  21. Just do it on the ground while the INS is doing it’s thing. It’s hardly that big of a deal. You don’t even have to get it right, last time I checked it just worked no matter if you even intentionally locked different objects while doing it. And you only need to do one maverick on each pylon.
  22. Unlikely to happen, but you always have the option to not purchase the module until it leaves Early Access.
  23. Click on the link just above the pic.
  24. That’s just the dev having them set to “low” for the screenshot. Look at the earlier cockpit pics. They are plenty sharp. Anyway please take this to the discussion thread here: https://forums.eagle.ru/topic/286688-f-15e-wip-update-discussion/page/3/#comment-4874623
  25. Don't worry, That is just the dev running the texture settings on low rather then high, probably for performance. Take a look at the previous screens and you can see the normal high resolution textures.
