In reality, this is probably done by the ground crew in all cases, the pilots have better things to do than sit in the helicopter for 20 minutes and do nothing. The briefing is carried out beforehand and then they get into a helicopter that is on standby "ready to go" In dcs we have the problem that most server admins don't know what the INS in ka50 is all about and leave it on default... Even in missions we use "stored ins" because we only get into the machines after briefing. and waiting 20 minutes would be absurd. "Realism" to do something every time that the pilots probably rarely do themselves. Time is an important resource. I'm also a fan of being as realistic as possible, but waiting 20 minutes for an imaginary timer to expire is just absurd

Concerns about G-Onset and Damage to wings

So rather observers of the thing I would emphasize the report here again, in which Flappie shows well where the problem comes from -
Basically this is possible on any dynamic PvP server, if you suppress another plane and friends can complete missions as a result, the job is done. A friend and I recently flew out with the F18 and 20x Aim120s and only made 1 kill. The point is that even though the missles came in with very little energy because we fired them very far and early, which was intentional because even a slow missile scares a Hostile into giving up all of its altitude. if you want you can play like this and it also has its uses

Perhaps it is possible to Slave the TGP to this point and then mark it as MK? -
have you seen my video? there are changes that are also observable in the game, the faster and higher you are the more effects they have.

[Weapon Scheme Bug?] AGM-65(All Variants) Not Tracking Fast Targets

You are in "MAN" mode, so I don't know exactly how to get the Igla to a target in this mode. Switch to "Auto" and it should work

Learn to use the aim54 and its strengths, yes there have been changes but that doesn't mean it's useless. It also has its uses on PvP servers. Currently many players fly high and fast between 30-40,000 feet to throw the aim120 far. You can fire the Aim54 at 90nm in TWS mode and it will still reach targets that are at 30-40,000 feet with a lot of energy, sometimes up to M3, if the aim54 catches a player in the situation he dies or has to give up a lot of altitude, even if the aim54 does not make a kill in the situations its use has proven itself, the hostile had to go defensive and give up his altitude, which is an important factor. And also benefits team members.

the best thing is always to send a track for things that are unclear, people can give you tips to improve the situation, but what exactly was the problem in your scenario we can't judge

Hmmm. I suspect what you mean but I would have to check that myself, but if it turns out to be such, it would be more of a bug

Maybe, maybe not. But that's not the point here, it's an exciting topic that can also be discussed, but please open a new topic for this - I also have my own opinion on this, but it is out of place here this one is about notch.

That is normal. How is the FCR supposed to know whether a vehicle has been destroyed? Pay attention to the green X that appears on which targets you have already shot a Missle to avoid double shots, if you want to be sure if a target has been destroyed you have to visually see it
