  1. I have this happen from time to time. sometimes I enter a mission or if I'm killed and respawn. It's like the gamma slider is set to 1. Restarting the mission with LShift+ R normally solves this in my case. Sometimes I have to repeat it a couple of times before lighting returns to normal. Will see if i can get a track.
  2. It can happen if you get between the AIM-120 and the target when it goes active or the intended target is shot down. It also happens with heaters. It's AFAIK not considered a bug

  4. I'm all for this idea as well. Some sort of G tolerence bank that will deplete over time with heavy G's making it deplete faster and maybe a little randomness as well. But it must be equal for all and not a skillset that is built up over time. It would probably just encourage hacking.
  5. I'm wondering this as well. Always found it a pain to find out what was what for all the different planes when creating missions. Now we have it!
  6. With BALT A/P engaged and A/C banking, the right aileron and rudder flickers with lateral stick input. In fact this behaviour is seen in any A/P mode. This is not a new bug, but I finally came around to report it. EDIT: Actually not sure about the rudder. It might just be trying to compensate for the flicker of the aileron. Cheers.   8. Hi! In 2.7 the new A-A missile launch sound are quieter when launching from HP 1+2 (outer two on the left side) than from any of the other rail launched stations. Dunno if you need a track or if will show at all.
  9. IMHO nothing is simple regarding electro magnetic waves. In theory maybe, but working with them in whatever environment is a different task all together.

  11. You might have a pulse command assigned to the release button. what is should do is keep the dx button active as long as the physical button is held.

  13. you can stt and ask him to ''engage my target''. engage bandits just tells him to engage someone somewhere and he might leave you or shoot the same bandit as you.

  15. The GUI sucks. It's tedious and doesn't really explore the capabilities of what the software is able to do. You'll be much better off taking the time to learn the script editor.

  18. Maybe it will be different when the ATFLIR arrives. The Ligtening pod was AFAIK always meant as a substitute until the ATFLIR could be developed.
  19. On the cold war server against MiG-21 you will be good, in MP that is.In modern warfare it's completely outdated.
  20. It could be good if external tanks were empty pr default and you had to choose to refuel or leave them empty, or anywhere in between.
  21. Just make the FLIR SOI and move the crosshairs in front of the target and command PTRK just before the target passes through the crosshairs. When the radar loses the track the TGP will still be tracking and your LGB will land on top of your target. IRL there probably is a way to jump directly to PTRK but I don't know. Anyway this way works for me.
  22. You try to switch to POS/GPS on the HSI page. That solves the CCIP issue for now.
