  1. Like AG said, unless you are constantly dancing on your pedals during turn, how would it work?
  2. It works fine for me? Same on Mi-8.
  3. IRL it's prohibited to fire rockets below 100 kph due to smoke ingestion and flameout. One rocket will cause engine spike on that side, 2 or more will kill engine
  4. There is no difference in procedure, except for DC switch to isolate battery from APU starter.
  5. Because generators are driven by transmission, not engines. With throttles at idle you don't have enough RPM for generators to work. It's not a bug
  6. You need aiming station tab
  7. Like SmK said, what are your issues? If you can give us a bit more specifics, we might be able to offer assistance. I might be wrong, but it seems to me you are not familiar with helicopter flight and trying to fly it like an airplane.
  8. Yeah, if you jump in airborne Hind, 30 mm gun will be selected and you can't open sight .
  9. If it's your own mission, you need to set that crate as a cargo
  10. You don't need radio trigger for this to work.
  11. It works fine, you are probably missing some step. Save a track file and post it.
  12. To keep it short, both anti ice and PZU will rob you of engine power. Reason why ice warning was on and off is that on AUTO system would turn on when there is ice and turn off when ice is gone. And it would repeat that as needed. What I like to do is to set it on manual and keep it on whenever there is a possibility of icing. IRL, it's better to prevent ice forming then risk melting ice chunks getting sucked into engine. When you know you will need some extra power (high, heavy, landing) you switch anti-ice off just before you need that power. You're good to fly for some time before ice accumulates enough to become a problem. As for torque spike, this gives nice explanation
  13. I guess these meant nothing to you?
  14. Let me make it real simple for you. It's not a bug.
  15. Actually no, it works just as it says so. "VERT GYROS SWITCH - Toggle 1/2 "VERT GYROS SWITCH 1" "VERT GYROS SWITCH 2" Pay attention what the bind really says. These 3 are talking about same thing, that inner switch. And they work just as they should. Toggle toggles, 1 and 2 binds will move switch to correct position. I'm guessing you are talking about VERT GYRO CAGE buttons, but there are no binds for those.
  16. No problem. When I said to power weapons down, I meant only Raduga part of it. You can still use gun/rockets while waiting. One more thing I have noticed during your start. Do not switch AIRSPEED TO DOPPLER on. It will mess your DISS system. It's meant to be used as a backup in case of doppler damage.
  17. Kinda selfish of you to expect others to spend time you are not willing to invest yourself. Anyway. There is no procedure for that in Chucks guide. You need to jump to front seat, switch weapons down, wait for 3.5 minutes, switch it back up (you can use Petrovich for that) and after it warms up should be good to go. My guess is that you turned away before closing sight and Petrovich did not manage to do it in time to preven gyro toppling. Never trust Petrovich to do that in time. Close it yourself (well, tell Petrovich to close before you bank).
  18. I can try to help you. When and where?
  19. I have tried to watch your track. Please, when trying to report a bug via track, create a mission where everything is set, to make it as short as possible. Most of us don't want to watch you doing a start, taxiing, taking off and flying towards targets.
  20. I like your idea, but aiming with your head at something that is few clicks away is inprecise to say the least. What I would like to have from ED is an option for mission designer to add a point on the map that will be objectified into a target as current units are.
  21. Are you sure you did not topple the gyros?
  22. I think problem with inboard weapons is more about its effect on gunner than danger of getting shot by said gunner. Imagine concussion effects of S-8 rockets being fired right beside you. Even with guns, there is a huge difference in perceived shock depending on which side of the barrel you are standing. As for tip lights, photos are misleading, due to exposure factor. Here is a bit better view. And consider that even this is at low FPS number compared to human vision.
  23. You can turn as soon as you command observe off
