Sup So, recently trialed the F-14B and attempted to start up a instant action, It loads almost everything past halfway but when it tries to pre-load something, it will stop responding, I don't even get a crash log. I also tried campaign, multiplayer, etc. Does not work. Any help would be appreciated.

2.8 was great; never an issue. Updated to 2.9 and screen freezes every few minutes, freezes lasting 5-10 seconds with the little spinning blue wheel telling me to wait. Then often crashes at various points during game. When screen frozen, gameplay continues. Sometimes multiplayer has no sound. Latest crash log attached dcs.log Have done multiple clean and repair, short and long. Removed the one F-16 skin I had and the kneeboards I'd made. No help

I've followed ED's oficial guide for the installation on the Steam Deck. Added the d3d winetricks dlls, the launch command, used the recommended GE Proton 7.30 (tried new ones aswell) but i still get the shader compiler error at launch. I've attached the dcs.log to this post. Please help, i have the game running on my rig, have bought the F5E and A10C modules and i want to be able to fly on the go, as i spend a lot of time away from my rig. I've contacted support and have been told that the guide was written for version 2.7 so they cannot guarantee that 2.9 will run o the Steam Deck. They suggested I discussed this issue here. dcs.log-20231019-172633.zip Attached my logs. I get a crash right when I start up MT via Steam using "play MT preview". Please help. I normally play in VR with my Varjo but I do a lot of ME so I need to be able to run 2D also. Thanks. I should mention that running MT with my Varjo (VR) works fine with no problems.

After updating my game on the 17th of December 2020, I'm unable to start it. When I click my desktop shortcut, the updater shows up for a splitsecond, DCS logo shows up, but that's as far as it goes. If I click the logo i get a popup that says DCS is not responding. When first started, the DCS icon on the taskbar is blank, however, after minimizing and then clicking it, the DCS icon appears. Same thing happens when I try to start DCS directly from the install folder. I have deleted my ImagesShop forder but nothing happened Not sure what's up. If anyone knows how to fix this help would be appreciated.

Hi, I have big trouble with R. G2. DCS, and only DCS, instantly is crashing with VR. The installation is fresh, Nvidia drivers reinstalled, I have also reinstalled steam VR and WMR for Steam - nothing. Every other game works fine. I installed a new RTX3070 this week and after 10-15 minutes, multiplayer FPS will become erratic, extremely choppy and eventually crash. On MSI Afterburner, all my GPU's Power %, FPS, GPU useage, all paramters peak and valley spikes before the crashes. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Nvidia Drivers and DCS Open Beta with no effect. I believe I attached the correct log. dcs.log

This has happened in the past to me but was fixed before. This crash related bug has returned. Has happened twice in 10 Cat Shots. Hookup to CAT 2. Launch off the deck. As I do my clearing turn the game completely crashes a few seconds after leaving the deck. Happens so often I started to test it with the F-14A&B to see if it happens. The F-14 has never crashed. Hello, Whenever I play DCS, after a while, it either stutters really badly and then recovers, or it crashes. I looked around and I don't know what to do about it anymore. I love the game so far and would like to get more than 10-20 minutes into an engagement before a crash. Please help! dcs.log

Short story short, I was playing some DCS Liberation earlier today, wanted to plot a waypoint route to my target and back to base, and after creating the NSEQ, clicking route and switching waypoints my game has crashed. This happened multiple times no matter what I do. Haven't tested if this happens while playing in normal sp/mp. I've included the crash files, and a clip. Hi all, I will shout out here, as this is getting pretty frustrating... Since last week, I have been having crashes and DCS hanging up on mission load. System is as follows: - Processor: i7 9700K - GPU: Asus RTX2080Ti - RAM: 64GB Vengeance LPX 3200 - HDD: Samsung Evo 970 Plus 1TB - Headset: HP Reverb G2 As previously everything was running smoothly, I thought it could be due to one of the following updates happening in this timeframe: - Voiceattack - VAICOM plugin - Openbeta 2.7.2.8165.2 The issue was that I was getting DCS hung on mission load relatively often (would stop at navgraph stage, beginning of the progress bar), or just DCS crashing in the middle of a flight 1.- I disabled all the mods, and reinstalled Voiceattack and VAICOM, and run a "slow" repair of DCS, but the behavior continues... 2.- Then, I decided to be drastic and went for a complete reinstall of DCS, Voiceattack, Vaicom and SRS (just in case, but was not active in the tests) In attachment, one log from the old install, corresponding to a crash, and one right after finishing the fresh install, also from a crash. The problem seems to happen at C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\bin\edterrainGraphics41.dll but I don't know what else to try Just for info, the last crash (log from 25/06) happened in the Hornet Aerial Refuelling Mission, in the Gulf theatre, shortly after having plugged into the S-3 basket dcs.log-20210624-213904.zip dcs.log-20210625-213318.zip

Sens 2.7 came out cant you press fly on a Viggen when you are on a server. It just makes your game crash 2 seconds afther. Works fine in the ED. Pleas fix

Every time I try to toggle NVG after having ground crew equip them, my game instantly crashes. My video drivers are up to date and I don't think I have any mods that would cause this, certainly no NVG mods. The only thing I do non vanilla display wise is extend to my second monitor. I tested with just my main monitor though and it does the same thing.

Hi everyone, like the title says im having problems with the F16C module. 90% off the time i try to load a mission the game crashes on me. I already tried repairing DCS, did not work for me. Maybe its also worth to note that i do not have any problems to load missions for the SU25T, wether it be single or multiplayer. Here are my Specs: HP Reverb G2 Intel 8700K RTX 3070TI 16 Gigs of Ram Game is installed and run from m.2 SSD Ive also attached the logs of the latest crash. Hello everyone, like the title says, whenever i try loading into a mission, using my Reverb G2 VR Headset, the game crashes and i am thrown back to the SteamVR Home screen. I can however run the game just fine without VR. Kind of weird as i was able to get the game running a couple months back. Ive tried many things (reinstalling DCS, Steam VR, Windows Mixed Reality, etc.) but nothing seems to work for me. The game always crashes when i try to load into a mission. I also tried updating my Graphicscard drivers and made sure that Windows is up2date. Here are my Specs: Intel 8700K GTX 3070TI 16 Gigs of Ram Game is installed and run from m.2 SSD I have also attached the logs from the latest crash. I would be really thankful for any pointers! Reproduction: Master A-G, CCRP Enable VIP, enter data Press OSB 10 to cycle sighting point at least once Disable VIP Enable VRP, enter data Press OSB 10 to cycle sighting point Crash occurs on underlined action. F16 VRP sighting crash.trk Ancillary note: DCS is restricting VIP/VRP mode selection to only pre-planned modes and data entry to when VIP/VRP modes are enabled. VIP/VRP should be selectable in any master mode (although only having an effect in preplanned modes) and data entry is possible at all times.

I'm a Newbie, please be patient Sorry to bother everyone, I know this is a frequent topic. I have had nothing but problems since I have downloaded this game. Started out with frequent crashes and lagging issues. I updated all of my drivers and did all of my windows updates too. My computer is brand new so I did some trouble shooting with the tech support. He guided me through my bios settings to make sure my system was running optimally. Everything looked good there. He recommended to uninstall and reinstall the game. I did that but ran into several issues there. Thought I had the issues resolved but now i'm getting more frequent crashes and hard black screen crashes also. What's the deal with this game. I feel like the creators of this game need to be more on top of this stuff. Anyway, I would appreciate any help I can get. Please bare with me though because i'm not the most computer savvy person in the world. I know that adding the dcs log info is the first thing asked for. I might need some guidance with that. I know where to find it I just want to make sure i'm sending the right info there. My specs are: Liquid cooled gpu and cpu, gpu RTX 3090, cpu i9 11900k, 64 gigs of ram 3600 mhz, samsung 980 pro ssd Thanks in advance everyone!

Is anyone else having this issue? After the last update, I have had issues getting into servers. Since the 30 Sep update, my load times have significantly increased. Also, the game stops responding(I have to close with task manager) when it gets to the Net Sim Post Start part of loading. Also, now RAM nearly maxes out, which never happened before. Specs: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 1TB HDD 512Gb SSD 8 Gb Memory Intel CORE i5 I know the specs are trash, but like I said this was not happening before.

Hello, DCS always crashes when I´m trying to connect to a multiplayer server. It stucks at "Mission Load Done" and then my PC tells me that DCS isn´t responding anymore. I don´t know why this happens; I deleted all mods to get back to the "original" DCS version, turned my settings down to minimum, but it still doesn´t work. Single player mode works fine, even with medium settings. Thanks in advance! dcs.log
