Hi everyone, In the new (albeit non-functional) payload selection for the Arleigh Burke, the RGM-109C is called BGM_109B: The BGM-109B is the legacy designation (apart from the BGM-109G Gryphon, all BGM designations were designated to RGM (surface ship-launched) and UGM (submarine-launched) after 1986) for the TASM or Tomahawk Anti-Ship Missile. What we actually have in DCS is the RGM-109C Tomahawk Block II/III (should be III) TLAM-C, which is the conventional land-attack version. As such, this should be renamed to "RGM-109C Tomahawk Block III TLAM-C" as this is what the missile actually is/should be. See this for further reading.

I was playing around with the new arleigh burke sliders and noticed that no matter how i set up the sliders it's always the SM-2 ER that is fired at a target. Perhaps in this world of missile spam nobody else cares much, but: It used to be that you could select single AIM-120s on the wing pylons of the Hornet and it would be mounted to the pylon directly. In the current version, though, in the same scenario you end up with a twin rack that is just half-loaded. This begs the question: is this realistic and intended? It seems to me the pylon itself should be sufficient.

The SH60B by default can't be loaded with anything (it'd be ideal if we could add 2*AGM114s as IRL, but that's not the issue I'm reporting). When "Payload restriction" is selected, "Empty" loadout field changes to AGM-119B Penguin ASM under pylon 1 (not visible on the helicopter).

Finland never had AIM-9L Correct one would be AIM-9M or X Small but easy fix :)

Dear ED! Thank you for the Hind, loving it. However, would it be possible to add the possibility to put an airshow smoke possibility to the outermost pylons, please? It would realistic, since irl some Hinds had it during airshows. It would make it perfect for an airshow demo! Thanks in advance!

Hello! I posted here about the Apache being "Underpowered". After some testing and making testmissions and yada yada yada... I found that when you start the chopper with 4 fueltanks and rearm inside the mission to a standard weapon loadout (100% Fuel, 8 Hellfires and two pods of HEDP) before taking off, the Apache has zero power and is nearly unable to lift because it seems the weight is not changed during the rearm process... the heli still thinks it has 4 fuel bags on its wings. If I start with the Loadout already armed in the editor (100% Fuel, 8 Hellfires and two pods of HEDP) I have zero problems taking off from a hover. I attached two Trackfiles - Same mission, the one named AH64Standard is the one where I start with the loadout set in the Editor, taking off works normal. The one named AH64Fueltanks is the one where I start with Tanks loaded in the editor and re-arm inside the mission. It is nearly impossible to takeoff. Thanks! AH64Standard.trk AH64Fueltanks.trk

Wondering if anyone could let me know how to delete aircraft loadouts directly from the lua loadout config file. I'm not sure what needs remain in the .lua file and what I need to delete {(between which brackets)}. I want to make custom loadouts, and remove the pre-fabbed ones. I know I can go through the ME, but it takes a long time and I want something I can package and disable/enable whenever there's an update

OK I have a two suggestions for the Mission planner page for single player. I almost always change the default mission load-out, to make sure chaff and flare are always loaded fully, or weapons I prefer more. Can we get an option to mirror the players load-out to the the entire flight. A check box for you wingman load out, and one for the other flight element. Also can we get some sort of drop down tab with at least allies units to be able to select them for their menu screen.

Hi everyone, Very minor one (though one that should be trivial to fix) - the F-4E shouldn't have the GBU-24B/B Paveway III available and instead should have the GBU-24A/B. The former is a weapon that's only used by the US Navy, the latter is the appropriate air force version. In game, there isn't any difference aside from the ablative grey textures on the B/B (IRL the B/B uses the BLU-109A/B as a warhead, which aside from the thermal protective coating, is filled with the more insensitive PBXN-109 as opposed to trinotal as in the BLU-109/B as used in the A/B). The GBU-24A/B already exists in DCS and is available for the F-16CM Block 50.

Since 2.9 the custom liveries in the saved game folder seems not to work anymore. In my Saved Game folder I have multiple liveries that were visible from the loadout menu before 2.9. Now these liveries are still there but not available from the loadout menu. Did something changed in 2.9 ? I checked the folder names and folder structure and I everything looks fine. Anyone else has the same problem ? ...any solution ?
