Looks beautiful guys!

It takes great character to power through after such a loss on your team.

I'm very much looking forward to this one. I've loved this aircraft since childhood. My dad was in pilot training at NAS Pensacola with the goal of moving into the A-4. With the Vietnam war going on the backlog was tremendous and he was only getting a slow trickle of hours in. He decided to exit pilot school and move on, he went on to be a Beach Jumper.

Nice update and thank you.

I don't mind doing some fictional RAF/RN liveries this.

The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.

Thank you. Keep in that way .:pulgar arriba:

He was asking if they would release the AI version before the release. And they won't..Showing a video with AI flying doesn't mean it's ready?

Yeah, having an AI version before the actual release would not make much of sense.

Hmm, here I would like to disagree.

An AI version that they could offer ED to integrate into core DCS World would be great. I doubt that it is an option, or at least not an easy one, as that requires proof of ownership/holding the IP or having legal agreements with the appropriate IP owners, etc. which isn't likely.

Didn't ED say that they were unable to help (former HoggitDev) the Community A-4E because "they did not have time?" I mean yeah sure, things have changed. But the intent of getting your mod as an AI in the game would require getting a license contract, right? And wouldn't that then make you a 3rd party?
Not necessarily, if they don't sell (want money) for the AI model. The problem is more with the Intellectual Property of the aircraft design, markings etc.

If you do it as a free community mod, there is no financial aspect behind the work.

If ED puts it in their product, they need to be sure, not to violate IP rights, license or patents etc.

You are correct as long as they prove the model are theirs or have agreenment letters of the author of who created the model ,if they have historical markings and real squadron markings agreements they should be fine.

Crazy world of legal shit !! Could of not said it better indeed:lol:

Somewhere dug inside this forum is a post from Gos that outlined the legal aspects of the mod since he had a lawyer that helped him in the matter.
