After all this time, I really love the hooks. They add action in the cockpit. That's why I set the cockpit vibration 100%, and I guess that's why I like cockpit accessories in Truck Simulator too.

I have to wonder how many real life Apache pilots secure those things with a hair tie before they take off.

So many people before release were wondering about an option to disable them - and yet you barely even notice they're there 95% of the time. And when you do notice them they just add to the immersion. Really nice touch.

Doesn't seem to be necessary, as it hardly seems to move, at least not in the Greek models.

It's obviously soft metal and tightened firmly.

Yes. You're right. It starts to move only after a certain speed. That's it. No G forces or something.

Yep, its not only hook, you can notice more „moving parts” in the cockpit like on rifle, near the floor or remove before flight sign, yes - I like it too, crg ED!

The hooks are pointless and silly, option to disable them would be great, but first the more important things, when ED is bored and has nothing better to do they can take care of this mildly irritating issue.

Come to think of it, you're right. At first, I thought it was kinda' cute,

but it's always there in my peripheral vision and after a while, it is a bit distracting.
