I use a small 6x4 programmable keyboard for my VR use since I cannot have a large keyboard in front of me. The small keyboard also helps the recording. Another one I could think of, correct if I am wrong, is using utility like JoyToKey.

A Block 1 would even be more stupid than a Block 2B or Block 3i. Only a very few Block 1 prototypes ever existed and these would NEVER see combat in any real scenario! F-35 Block 1 was nothing like for example the F-16 Block 1 (for former was simply a prototype while the later an actual in service combat aircraft). Or putting into another perspective, a F-35 Block 1 was like the YF-16. Would you prefer to have in DCS the YF-16 rather than the F-16C Block 50?

So i´ve discovered my issue with the TACAN It seems the T-45C dont like more than 1 Tarawa in the same mission, no matter if both ships are with different TACAN numbers. If i delete one of them the TACAN works. Magic ¡¡

Just like any other aircraft in DCS, I want a F-35 that represents an in-service aircraft (which is the case of Block 3F) and not just some prototype produced in considerably numbers (due to concurrency) which is the case of Block 2B and Block 3i. It's not my fault that the F-35 is in itself a "win button" (currently, the best fighter aircraft in world)! Even a Block 2B or Block 3i would still be a "win button" compared to all other fighter aircraft in DCS (due to stealth, sensor fusion and other factors), so I don't get your point as you still wouldn't get the "online balance" that you seem to cater so much (with a Block 2B or 3i) and the rest of us wouldn't get a representation of an in-service F-35 (at least Block 3F). About your last question, that doesn't make any sense because: 1- I do play DCS for simulation purposes in BELIEVABLE SCENARIOS and as such, that includes flying in-service aircraft and not "glorified prototypes". 2- If the problem is on-line balancing then it's very simple: 2.1- Don't add F-35s to online mission, namely those that are team-versus-team. 2.2- Or, only add F-35s to co-op online missions. Simple as that.

480th vTFS Update After a few months of personal leave, the 480vTFS will begin operations once again! Over the course of the last few months, I have built this group a small library of docs and procedures to help base our operations off of, including building an in-flight guide, revising some visual arrival charts, and built an IFR plate for Spangdahlem, with headings that are accurate to DCS World to account for the heading errors in the DCS Cold War Map. Here you can have a look at a few of our plates that I have made: We will still be participating our involvement with DCS REFORGER events, and even collaborating with a few other squadrons that are also part of the REFORGER community. SEAD/Wild weaseling is still our bread and butter, as it gives us a unique flavor and edge to these large, multi-squadron events. We have also made a new server, as I was having some strange issues with my server, possibly due to the age of said server, and because of general bloat within the server. Just copy the one that activates the group after 20 minutes and change it to 40 and 60 minutes with activation of different groups. When you add the "or" between the triggers, nothing will change as the "time since flag 1200" will be reached first in any case.

I have my Rhino mounted using the default centre-mount from MonsterTech. That being said, the base is indeed heavy so I use a simple but sturdy cardboard box (10cm x 10cm x 15cm) as support between the base and the floor. It's not the most elegant solution but it's budget-friendly, doesn't take up more space than required and it does the job just fine.

A great map only getting better. Wishlist for many is still expanding the map to the North as there are so many more iconic campaigns and stories to tell about the allies advancing through the low countries before finally crossing the Rhine.

So I'm working on a mission. So far I have made triggers that will randomly activate 1 of 3 or neither SAM sites from hold fire to free to fire. I also have a trigger that will randomly activate 1 of 3 flights after 20 minutes upon player aircraft entering a zone. But I want to add another element of randomness, I want to make that 20 minutes more random, with 3 different times 20, 40 and 60 minutes, but my small brain has reached it's limits to add triggers now. I understand I have to put a trigger somewhere between the zone trigger when the aircraft enters the zone and one of the 3 flights getting activated. But as I said, now I'm lost in the woods of the triggers. Any help? EDIT Can I simply add "or" to the trigger so "time since flag 1200" or "time since flag 2400" or "time since flag 3600"

Hello Sedlo, Just to say that I purchased a lot of campaigns and I must say that yours is amoung my favorite (with The Rampagers). What could be great is to specify per-mission duration somewhere so we can know how much time we have to invest. Thank you very much for your work

Maybe it will. Since ED has gone to such lengths to give the MiG a correct RWR, maybe they'll look into better modeling for Western ones, too. Maybe for the F-15C, at least at first.

Not sure if this is a bug? The ECM panel buttons - on various youtube videos you can cleary see the S or the T status lights on the ECM buttons, but I have never seen them in game on my monitor, thus I dont know if its a display setting issue, or pilot error, I cannot tell if they are activated or not? Set on 1 or 2 then CMS aft should bring them to life from standby? They all look dead to me.
