...Maybe after our christmas update more questions will rise as I am in close contact with management of Panavia...

...I can tell you here, which I will state again soon, that I have my contacts and surely talk to the right people for a Tornado product.

As I can not see anybody doing the tornado, and knowing from official side about license conditions, that we are on a good track.

...we will give an update soon, just need to check with Olli and Pat what we want to show.

I guess if we agree on some certain news you guys might be blown away on what we work on.

Just to state things clearly beforehand, we will try to only make official claims on modules if we are getting the license form the planecompanies, or if it looks super promising.

Do to the fact that I am handelling the license talks right now, I do also know if other companies hold licenses for certain products or not. I am not revealing about other 3rd parties but I can tell you, I have talked to all the big players in the bussiness and have a good picture of what is going on

Bye

Instant buy. Let's hope they can make something out of this :)

+1 (but for the IDS variant, not the F3 ;) )

DISCLAIMER: My posts are still absolutely useless. Just finding excuses not to learn the F-14 (HB's Swansong?).

Annoyed by my posts? Please consider donating. Once the target sum is reached, I'll be off to somewhere nice I promise not to post from. I'd buy that for a dollar!

Well, this would definitely be a day 1 buy for me.

I spent years working on Tonka's whilst I was in the RAF, on both the F3 and GR1 variants. The IDS variant would be err........shall we say more exciting in DCS :D

The Tornada is one of the must have aircraft and will be incredibly popular. I thought that ED may try and model it for NTTR since they have spent some time modelling a very nice AI version already.

System Specs: i7 8700k @ 5.0GHz (not delidded), ASRock Extreme4 Z370 MOBO, EVGA GTX 1080 SC 8GB, 32GB Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200MHz DDR4 RAM, Samsung Evo 240GB SSD, Samsung Evo 500GB SSD, 1TB HDD, Noctura NH-D15S Heat Sink, Acer VE278H 27" 1080p Monitor, Ocukus Rift CV1.

Controllers: TrackIR 5, Thrustmaster HOTAS X, Saitek Throttle Quadrant (with DIY removable collective mod), Saitek Pro Flight Rudder Pedals.

Just trying to keep my number of takeoffs and landings equal!

Would be nice.

But i don't think it's something anytime soon, they need to keep the focus on the two choppers for now. And i need to keep my hype down as well :P

I would be less interested in a ADV and would prefer a IDS variant. ECR would also be allright, but it is more of a specialty aircraft (though it can carry most of the IDS weapons).

The Tornado GR.4 with Multicrew was my dream for DCS.

My last flight in a Tornado was the great Amiga 500 Version ;-)

He stated very clearly in the post that the third aircraft they would like to do is a current production airbus helicopter. The Tornado thing sounded like an option for much later. That said, I'd be interested in it. It's a major type that's seen a bit of combat over the years and is a pretty decent mud mover by all accounts. I would want an IDS or ECR model, not an ADV. I'm more interested in choppers though. Being unable to fly sideways or backwards is just so limiting.

These polychop guys just keep ticking all the right boxes!

My favourite jet aircraft both in reality and in previous sim games!

I would love to get my hands on a Marinefliger PA-200. Kormoran and HARM would be fun to employ.

The thing is, helicopters are different from planes. An airplane by it's nature wants to fly, and if not interfered with too strongly by unusual events or by a deliberately incompetent pilot, it will fly. A helicopter does not want to fly. It is maintained in the air by a variety of forces in opposition to each other, and if there is any disturbance in this delicate balance the helicopter stops flying; immediately and disastrously.

Yup. Low level.:joystick::pilotfly:

The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.
