It can't be F4, it was announced already. F15E is with Razbam. I am not aware of any other eagerly awaited western aircraft other than Cobra. If it is not a chopper, I suspect it is a Russian aircraft this time.

MIG-25 FOXBAT ???????

That would be great, but it's not eagerly awaited. Maybe it is by me, you and some other folks but not for a big part of the community.

I would guess F-15C, Apache or F-111.

Maybe someone at ED stepped on the F-4 one morning, like some other LEGO brick, and got inspired :).

- Jack of many DCS modules, master of none.

- Personal wishlist: F-15A, F-4S Phantom II, JAS 39A Gripen, SAAB 35 Draken, F-104 Starfighter, Panavia Tornado IDS.

a new airfield air traffic control system

This will also affect the comms of AI planes, having the same ATC frequency? i.e. "xx downwind", "xx final" and so, in addition of course to ATC clearances for these AI planes? Can we really expect a realistic ATC communications?

a new cloud and weather system

+100

a dynamic campaign system

Will this feature also require the use of advanced .lua scripts? Or will it be within the reach of the average user, who have minor capacity with these scripts?

Dynamic Campaign

Work on the dynamic campaign has been underway for over a year, and the progress has been steady on this very complex task. We understand that this is one of the most awaited features in DCS World and we are giving it the attention it deserves.

Much of the work is focused on the dynamic campaign creation tool layers as part of the Mission Editor, developing machine learning mechanics, and creating an AI neural network for the RTS element of the system. The machine learning and neural network tasks are particularly challenging, but we believe they should provide a unique dynamic campaign experience.

We expect to start testing this feature in the latter part of 2020.

I wish they would at least tell us if it's a modern aircraft or warbird. I'm hoping for modern.
