Looking at the leaks so far it brings a complete new gameplay into the DCS World. M4 shooting from inside the chopper, live feed from drone etc.

Yeah, ED said the Ch-47 was planned for June 26 along with Afghanistan so that sounds like their next patch drop.  Can't imagine this drops at the same time as another new ED module, so it might be August before we're flying it.

Nine Line has stated we dont need a patch to release modules, it can be any time

Edit: Sorry if repost, tried to search but did not find it. Still a great video and also an excellent glimpse into the life as deployed in the 2000s.

I see a lot of stutters , I hope its not Kiowa but bloody South Atlantic map (looks like, further proof that this map still has serious performance issues).

Strange, whenever I am on the SA Map, I have no performance problems. Especially not problems as big as those shown in the video. I strongly doubt that the map is responsible for this (at least not mainly).

Did you fly at low alt in choopers (below 1500 and 500 ft)? Try it, but btw. its different subject and topic, not for here.

Quote from the video above, which also applies to my posted video. So less a problem of the map (and by the way, I flew over the SA map today with the Apache at low altitude and had no performance problems ).
