SimFab represents.  They had a big setup that featured DCS at the Houston expo.

BN, please make sure you forward a big thank you to the ED support team dealing with all the refund issues. Having to manually process all these refunds is by no means a small feat. In my case all went well, so I want to say thank you for bending the rules and for handling all of this completely problem-free and professional. If this issue will ever be resolved in a good way I promise to buy the F-15E again. For now, you guys presented the best possible solution with an internal account refund. Thank you & have a nice weekend.

Just a suggestion: Maybe (when you’re back home) update the first post with this worst case scenario? In the old thread I think some people were effectively asking if this was the case. Might save repeating yourself later.

In the short term you can make this work with lua editing presets, also be advised alot of the new fuze settings arent working right for mk 80 LD bombs.

Implementing a time bomb in the radar system code is beyond your control, Razbam?  Seriously?  Holding the F15-E radar code hostage sounds more like a terrorist threat against an "exceptional community"  instead of a coincidental bug to me.

I keep holding on resisting the refund route hoping you all pull your head out of your assess and resolve this for the good of all mankind and go out in a blaze of glory instead of infamy.  It's hard to believe I'm witnessing career suicide here, but I am if this doesn't work itself out.  

Does this refund exception policy offer expire?  I hope not, because I don't want to miss that chance if this needs to happen...

 

 

You think that Razbam have put in a timebomb code to bork the F15 lol. You could just as easily say that ED have deliberately borked the Sidearm for the Harrier. There is no evidence of deliberately breaking modules by either side. That kind of action leaks out so neither side would do that.

Hopefully cool heads will prevail. You do a great job @BIGNEWY / @NineLine and not always acknowledged. I hope in the end, everything will get back to normal. On the plus side I've just removed myself from the sewer that is the  Razbam Discord channel, the unmoderated childish carry on was doing my head in!

Apparently @NineLine was picked up by Juice from the Air Warfare Group, so Lord knows what's happened to him. Pimax invited me down to Vegas, but I couldn't make it work with my work schedule. @BIGNEWY if we could get Winwing and Pimax kicking in, that'd be a nice sweep. Although, I have to say, I'm rather intrigued by MOZA's new force feedback base module, especially as it takes Logitech sticks. That's a smart move.

I am hearing Slim Pickings for some reason...

I was gifted one RB module and have the SA map (RB in name only, it seems), so I'm not so invested in these events. Still, "no man is an island" applies - all players and developers are losing out from this in some way.

 

Pressure from the community on refunds etc. surely helps to keep minds focussed, but it seems that most of the hot air is outside the balloon at this point.

 

Hoping that this all smoothes out in the fullness of time.

Pretty sure ED said old completed modules would be maintained in the state they were in, nothing new added etc.

So that’s actually a good question, if a new feature being introduced stops "bombs" working, for example fuzes, does that mean it gets "fixed", it's a new feature so it's an addition but it also stops the module from working as Intended...
