The DCS: F-16C Viper is based on the United States F-16CM Block 50, roughly M4.2+, which operated in the 2007 timeframe.

You can find the latest DCS: F-16C Viper manual in your local install here:

You can find supplied key binds for many of the latest HOTAS offerings on the market in your local installation here:
