1M 40 for me. (Or 55 inches since I live in a country that decided to stick to Roman era measurements back in the 70s because logical measurement systems are discriminatory. Thanks, Jimmy.)

 

There are two types of countries...

Oh heavens no. If the SC doesn't make a splash on the 15th I'll just keep running into the one I have. I've thought seriously about crashing into the Kuznetsov, but when I tried to get it to 27 knots something broke and it ended up dead in the water.

 

 

In other naval news I keep hitting a Krivak with four harpoons and not only doesn't it sink it doesn't even slow down. Four harpoons midships waterline (read engineering spaces) would not be good for the propulsion system on a mortal ship; if the Kuznetsov had that engineering department the carrier itself could fly.

All four. Pretty impressive splashes, too. Got it to 78% damage or something like that, flames, big hole in the side. Keeps right on going.

No, just go to the download page you found DCS in the first place. Choose the Open Beta, download and install just like you did with stable.

no need to do that all you need to do is to download the dcs updator ultility and all done in a click you can switch between stable and open better with a simple click

Yes, easier way. Also possible with the steam version, if you are using this.

Wouldn't taking a day of Thursday make more sense? They might release it late in the evening on Wednesday, and then you wasted that day for vacation.

LOL. I've always thought of this. No sense taking off the day of. Always the day after. But for this, I don't really see the need to take off. I cant wait for the release though.
