  1. Anybody can look up this Growler Jams video showing a real life refuel. The totalizer (left DDI top left corner group, top row) starts winding up after contact from 12470 lbs at 1:17, and ends up showing 19160 at 10:40. The so it took 9 min 33 sec to take up 6690 pounds. Divide the 6690 by 9,5 gives you about 700 lbs per minute offload rate. I know it is a Rhino, but I don't think the difference between a Rhino and a Hornet would be astronomical, and even less chance the older Hornet would be the better one..
  2. Nope, it was M4 Retribution. Also, there is a green rectangle visible inside the fuselage of all Hercules. All program mods off, VR. See images. Green and yellow wands invisible, Herc rectangle. Hope this helps. Also, in the briefing, TGT is a command bunker, on the kneeboard TGT is an "ammo dump edge of town". See Briefing text in front and kneeboard in the background on the same picture.
  3. As I can remember, wands were missing in all missions from the beginning, even before 2.9 update.
  4. Thanks, will try. Invisible wand happend in Sedlo's Bold Cheetah campaign, I think on the Stennis...
  5. I guess you should switch them on one by one. Click on D/L once, then click (and hold?) ON/OFF, when the numbers appear, click again D/L and click ON/OFF again.
  6. Hi There, I hope it is not just me, but the light wands on the SC are invisible, but you can see the light they are projecting. Also, Salute command doesn't seem to be recognized. (AB detent Always off, tried to Salute in AB and MIL too.) Sorry if reported already...
  7. What is your time zone to operate in?
  8. Yeah, as Trigati said. Just try a free flight mission already in the air. Will probably be throttle cutoff issue. If you can move the in-game throttles, you can move on to solve the cutoff issue.
  9. Oh... weird... Sorry, have no clue...
  10. Can you share a screenshot?
  11. Oh yess, it solved it perfectly. Previously I tried starting DCS and then XRNS. Thanks, really a valued app !
  12. Now the problem only is, my head offset sideways acts totally oposite: , when I turn my neck to the left looking back, my head gets offset to the right. So with my head turned left, I look back on the RIGHT side of the seat. ANy way to fix it?
  13. Anyone else having difficulties with WinWing F-16 stick button assignment? I'm pressing the button "Set Center", then in the row of Reset buttons, On/Off I press on the magnifier, it says scanning joystick, but if I press any button on the joystick, XRNecksafer just doesnt recognize it. I'm running the now native OpenXR version of the Open Beta DCS exe. Any advice would be highly appreciated. EDIT: after restart it worked OK.
  14. This gun pipper bug was mentioned several times in the last years under several topic subjects. As far as I know, ED still did not find what is the cause of it...
  15. And maybe correcting the briefing doc a bit...
  16. Boy, this is exactly what has always been missing from MS Flight Sim too, especially for long haul oversea flights... Kudos!
  17. By the time NCTR IDs you the contact type, you are way too close, with a missile probably already in the air from the escort, with your adress on it...
  18. Hi Badger, I also had the bombing issue, if I wanted to drop right after coming IN ZONE, in a shallow climb. Both bombs fell way short. Then I made a 620 KTS initial run before climbing out from behind the hills, and pulled up to I guess 40 degrees nose up, and kept going for another 5-6 seconds. Then both hit the proper target. But on the coord entry: I had no problem entering both coordinates into PP1 of each station, you just need to STEP before entering the second coordinates. No need to press PP2. With QTY boxing both stations, quantity will show 2, and holding pickle, both bombs come off almost simultaneously. BTW, part 2 has I guess a wrong voiceover, being over WP3 it is saying "Waypoint 3 ahead, begin decend" or something, when the next waypoint feet wet is #4 already.
  19. Sorry if wrong, but I guessed he means degrees per second movement of the stabilators. If he doesn't, then disregard, sorry. BTW, did you see this? https://forum.dcs.world/topic/322372-yaw-and-pitch-inertia-values-are-reversed/page/2/#comment-5266042
  20. I assume you already figured out how to "crosslink" what the two rows of refueling guidance lights tell you to do with your left and right hand to achieve proper positioning (left row is commanding your right hand, and right row is commanding your left hand)?
  21. No, degrees in second means G onset. When it stops in its "intended" final position, you have 0 degrees per second, but you still have G, don't you? G is determined by position (degree) of the stabilators, if speed doesn't change.
  22. You can not save.
  23. Actually I can see both file names now in the F-18 directory...
  24. Thanks for the update ! Just asking, does the .lua have new name? 2020 - FA-18C.lua 2023 - FA-18C_hornet.lua? All relevant .lua is now called "FA-18C.lua" in the game now...
