Is this question still valid, or did you find a solution. I have the "tally wildcard" cmd incorporated, but would have to look it up how I did it.

Buttkicker verursacht Brummgeräusche im VR-Headset (HP Reverb G2)
Lt_Jaeger replied to shd1hornet's topic in Deutsch
[Official] SimShaker for Aviators
Lt_Jaeger replied to f4l0's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
Thank you for the constant improvements !!!! If I may so bold, did you ever had the chance to look at the Tomcats wheels up / down timing. The "clang" for the wheels up comes waaay later as the actual wheels already retracted. Not sure at the moment for the down part, but up is definitely off by a greater margin -
valve index 2 early suspected info and features
Lt_Jaeger replied to Gun Jam's topic in Virtual Reality
Jesus, I'm too old for this world, I thought I had to watch the whole thing to get the information I'm looking for. Silly me, but I'm excused, since it is the fault of my parents teaching me to look myself for stuff I need /want. -

I believe the F-14 is already in there. I use the trainer once in a while to stay current and I don't think I edited the mission.

Is it this? https://andres-shop.simshaker.com/jetpad-jetseat/52-vibrating-pad-simshaker-jetpad.html Was hoping it might help my brain accept the vibrating cockpit a bit better. I’d imagine it’s rumbling away almost constantly, free back massage every flight Yeap, that's the one. I think that pad is the next best thing to VR and I prefer it over a butt kicker Is there a tutorial how to do lofting? Mud moving is not really my thing, but it doesn't hurt to know how it works.
-
I fly with a seat Matt. That thing gives some extra immersion and an addition to the shaking of the cockpit. Got also a bit kicker but that thing is off most of the time, since the seat pad is more than enough

How are the settings on the PDCP? I believe that on one pic you have it on take off and on the other on cruise or a/a.

Thank you, nothing the right announcement by you guys couldn't fix, so let's get it on. I almost start to believe, you guys enjoy the agony you put us in with this waiting game, the same way as doctor's and nursed enjoying to stick sharp and pointy objects into other people's body's. Just bored, but now back on topic.

Oh come on, you are a mean person. Commentary like this is hurting me physically. Good thing I'm currently in the hospital, so I'm able to ping the nurse for some painkiller iv. (just in case if someone missed it, that was my try on irony with a true core) Yes, I'm in pain due to the longer wait for the intruder and not being happy that you went digital first, but even more I have a very special wish for a HB analog model, which painfully let me wait for the great reveal. It's almost the same feeling as if you would be the woman of my dreams and I'm waiting for you to recognize me. Oh, I need to stop, the nurse is here......

New F14 Pilot - Takeoff and Landing Questions
Lt_Jaeger replied to gav88888's topic in DCS: F-14A & B
It can be engaged anytime the wheels are down and the strut is extended unless you used the emergency system (turn the handle) to lower the gears. If you do this, nws won't work. Not sure if a repair will help, I just re-spawn if it happens on accident. -
Question: has anyone created a max trap weight chart?
Lt_Jaeger replied to Indianajon's topic in DCS: F-14A & B
That is a template I made myself from some Excel sheet I have stolen from the internet, just don't know where Weight_new.pdf -
Can you do voice attack/VIACOM pro without paying?
Lt_Jaeger replied to Glass_onion's topic in VAICOM
I'm with you. I fly the Tomcat most of the time and I have never seen that jester wheel, instedt I just talk to jester. Yes, the learning curve is kinda steep and vaicom is not without bugs, but I don't want to fly without it.- 17 replies

2 weeks (tm) Sorry, could not resist If I was him, I would wait for the Oct 14/15th patch, since heatblur announced quiet a few changes for the Tomcat, which I would incorporate, but that is just me. So, the answer is no

I can only reply for some ground base missile, but there too you got a delay. It was enough just to press the fire button for a short moment and then the MSL took her time to get all the system working like starting power supply, fire up the gyro and the hydraulics and stuff. I can imagine that's the same for the A/A MSL, but for sure, in ACM mode there has to be some draw backs for the shorter time or it is, due to the close distance just not necessary to "adjust" the systems for the additional 2 sec.

Nervous about joining an online flying group?
Lt_Jaeger replied to Panny's topic in New User Briefing Room
Let me jump on the band wagon. I agree with OP. Being one of the "weaker" pilot in my outfit, I still enjoy it and actually getting better all the time. If I can't keep up with the young punks, I slip in my older Italien wingman flight and we enjoy the more serene style of old men flying That said, most of us, of not all in our Tomcat squad are no nativ English speakers and most of the time there is some back and forth until we understand each other, but that gets better in time too, because you know the next radio call by experience. That said, we are currently looking for some F-14 dudes, RIO and Pilot to join our outfit. We are European based and fly mostly on Thursday and Sunday 2000 cet. So if you find some interest, just ask and I tell you more about it. Sorry OP for this shameless plot of high jacking your thread.- 5 replies

First we (I) need a decent FF stick base, in my case preferably from vkb, then we talk FF. I won't give up my hugely superior precision for a ms something FF stick and I'm too poor to buy a Brunner. I believe it is a hen, egg problem. Why "waist" resources on something if there is only little benefit (small ff user base)? But I'm with you, I would love some decent FF

Had the same today. The bomb hit each other on the way down, blew up and never made it to the target. After I started to pickle one everything went well. Training mission, dive attack. MedAlt level drop into the water..... They disappeared somewhere.

Yeap, no callous during carrier ops besides cheesy comments if you screw up

What das the gui say "ctrl+c" which airplane you are in? Is the Tomcat recognized?
