  3. A small request as it shouldn't be that hard, as there are existing models in game, barring the NASAMS pods themselves. Is it possible to add the AIM-9X and AMRAAM-ER (ESSM) NASAMS systems to the list. Since you've already got the ESSM model for your updated Modernized US Destroyer/Cruisers, and the base game already has the AIM-9X, it would nicely compliment NATO/Western Air defences as a modern medium range SAM system with the AMRAAM-ER and the AIM-9X as a SHORAD sytem.

  8. @Patrick56I'm working on an enhancement mod for your new MQ-9 version. It will include new missiles and renamed weapons to match their real-life equivalents. I will make it available as a separate download that installs over top of your existing MQ-9 mod.

  10. Yep. I was going to gift a Steam F-15E to a community content creator as a show of support, but as RazBam's Steam pre-order went so incredibly well... ...I think I'll pick up an extra copy of the Sinai map instead of waiting for the F-15E. Great looking map and it's likely to see the light of day before the F-15. Hopefully in one week with the update.

  12. The AOA buffet change was from a recommendation by our pilot SME. It will be more like a step function and has slightly decreased amplitude. I'll post another FM update closer to the patch date. As for the jet wash/burble, it may have been bugged in the past; sometimes resulting in both implementations adding together on servers, but my understanding is that has been fixed.

  14. Now the vibration of the wing is very realistic, but the vertical tail will also vibrate significantly during the maneuver, hope to see it in the DCS F-14.

  20. I know you can't actually say anything. But have there been internal talk amongst ED about expanding channel into Belgium, and Holland. It would give us the ability to do. 1. Market Garden 2. Bodenplatte Both operations where the planes in DCS were actually used. On top of that it would be excellent for allied raids from 1941 to 44 both early British ramrods with Bostons and spitfires but also later ones with B17s and P47s

  22. Universal Training mission Summary: Use this mission to practice any module to do almost any task you wish. This mission works best if you have another resource with you to practice with like Chuck's guide, manual or Youtuber of choice. Features: There are ground targets which include soft targets to modern MBTs both stationary and mobile with each their own respective JTACs for using laser guided ordinance without any self-lasing ability. An emitting search radar that can be used to practice employment of any kind of ARM. Naval targets include both stationary and mobile ship targets. Air targets include, a very low and slow flying helicopter drone target. As well as low, medium fixed small fixed wing targets with a large fixed wing target at high altitude. All targets infinitely respawning thanks to scripts. Tankers of every kind (both basket and boom style) as well as a dedicated KC-135 for A-10s (flying lower and slower than the other 2). The mission also includes carriers of all kinds, including Supercarrier and free carriers as well as the Tarawa. Players can start cold-start in either Batumi, on each carrier or on the FARP (for helis, AV-8 and Viggen only). Now features a ski jump ramp on Batumi, located to the north of the runway North of a taxiway. Future features will include sling loading and CTLD for helis. The ability to set up "practice ranges" where you can spawn any target of your choice that can actually shoot back in order to practice employing weapons in a more combat oriented environment.   23. It's the two states that every DCS unit can be in. Default is alarm state green, but when an enemy is detected (by radar, visual, datalink etc) it turns to alarm state red. It's the alarm state change that makes the unit turn on radars, flip covers etc. You can force the alarm state per unit in the ME. I always suggest putting SAM systems in alarm state red so that it's correctly deployed and ready to engage. Because all units have a alarm state time set, and for a SAM system you don't want to be deploying hydraulic lifts while cruise missiles are flying over your head. I try to make good use of the two alarm states for every asset I make.

  24. Thanks for the fix on these ships. Great to get the working. I've found that using the ED CH-53 is good for Helicopter placement. It's VERY large so the spots will work for most others. The Felon and Puma liked the Ch-53 spots. With the larger helicopters I think there is no way to avoid the rotor clashing. I'm going to play around with some folded rotors parked on one side with triggers to start after the other side takes off. Best I can come up with. But again excellent work.

  25. Вот ещё интересная картинка с дискорда RAZBAM. Индикация СЕИ прицела АСП-17МЛ Один из первых отечественных серийных ИЛС получается. Предок ИЛС -31 для МиГ-29 и Су-27. И как я понял- строб захвата управляется совсем не кноппелем на РУС. Жду не дождусь выхода модуля. Пощелкать кнопки и тумблеры. Работа с радаром и наведение на цель обещают быть не простыми. После упрощённых систем МиГ-29 из горячих скал откроются тайны дзена реальной работы с органами управления отечественного самолета)

  29. Das bezieht sich auf das auf dem Monitor gespiegelte Bild deiner VR Brille. Mask enabled sieht (am Monitor) dann so aus: Mit "Mask disabled" wird der Maskenrand ausgeblendet und die Spiegelung auf dem Monitor als Vollbild dargestellt wird. Auf das Bild durch die VR Brille hat das keinen Einfluss. Ob das die Performance beeinflusst, kann ich nicht sagen. Ich konnte keinen Unterschied feststellen. Diese Option legt fest, welche Auflösung für das Spiegelbild auf dem Monitor verwendet werden soll. Hat ebenfalls keinen Einfluss auf das eigentliche VR-Bild. Hier legst Du fest, von welcher Linse das Bild auf den Monitor gespiegelt werden soll. Keine Ahnung, mit der Option habe ich noch nie rumgespielt. Kann aber bestimmt jmd anderes beantworten.

  30. Would like to have the option to select empty external fuel tanks in the ME / weapons menu. Several modules have already this option, should be easy for ED to add it to the viper to. Useful for various of reasons.

  31. Update should be with us pretty soon, I'd normally put the files out but on this occasion it's nearly a third of the campaign that needed a minor fix, so too many to put out there this time. But update has been submitted and ED reporting the GBU-12 as fixed internally so shouldn't be too long a wait. The missions can still be completed no problems though, you just won't be able to max out scores or in some cases complete every task on the mission.

  32. That must be a typo. The A-10 Community was and is King of the Hill in terms of CAS. That´s their primary mission, they do this all the time, the platform is good - within the RL military aviation community you´ll never find anybody who doubts the A-10 bros to be very, very good at CAS.

  33. THAT would be the other suitable scenario. If Eagle Dynamics don’t graciously step back and allow Ugra Media to take over the region, I’d want ED to release a statement that Channel Map 2 is in the works and covers the areas you mentioned. A map as big as Normandy 2 that shares a border. Otherwise, ED stubbornly staking a claim to such a little area and forcing 3rd party developers to release sub-par products is not good optics.

  35. Everyone paid attention to the SAM places in Egypt, but they are different from the SAM places in Jordan (we did not do them at all), but I added them to to-do list. We will think about how to make them, because they are different from Israel and Egypt Everyone who did the review did not show what the places SAM systems in Israel look like, they are also different from Egypt.. I think it will be shown in the future

  37. F-14B FM update is coming next OB. Wing rock has always been part of the model, yes it's going to stay. The Yaw SAS was updated and became "too good", preventing it from happening. The F-4 will wing rock as well.
